Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

We offer the following shipping options:
To Canada:

- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
To United States:
- Standard Shipping: 4-8 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. You can view the shipping costs for your order before completing your purchase.
- Free standard shipping is available on orders over $250 (US and Canada).
International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada and the continental United States.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier's website.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
